Terms
Terms of service
Plain-language terms for businesses using Missed Call Rescue to recover missed calls.
The service
Missed Call Rescue detects an unanswered call to your business line, texts the caller back on your behalf, notifies you of the lead, and — when enabled — helps book the appointment against your connected calendar. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details and availability.
Messaging and consent
You authorize us to send SMS on your business's behalf to callers who contact you. Message frequency varies; the exchange is limited to the follow-up on that call. Message and data rates may apply. Messages honor opt-out requests automatically — a caller who replies STOP will not be messaged again from your line. You agree to use the service only for lawful communications with your own callers.
Accounts and access
Access is granted per business through Google sign-in, and each account is scoped to its own leads and settings. You are responsible for who you grant access to. Calendar access is encrypted and can be revoked by you at any time from the dashboard.
Data retention
Operational and message logs are deleted automatically on a rolling schedule, subject to a fixed maximum, as described in the Privacy page. Lead records are retained as your business records and are not on that automatic timer; you are responsible for handling data-subject access and deletion requests for the callers you serve.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and our telephony provider, and timely delivery cannot be guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update these terms as the product evolves.
