Billing is per call and text. A lead record is not the billed unit — see “What counts as an engaged lead” below.
The same rescued lead either way. Text Recovery is a complete plan, not a limited one; Voice adds a channel and remains a private pilot.
Voice + Text Recovery keeps the complete Text Recovery workflow. Both plans send transactional messaging only, with STOP/HELP/START handling, capture the same three details, and send at most one appointment reminder. Lead capture works without a connected calendar; appointment booking is the only step that requires one.
No automated follow-up before the caller opts in — by pressing 1 during the missed-call message, or by texting the business line first.
The first reply is screened for a real service request; the lead then collects the service needed, a city or ZIP, and a preferred callback time.
The caller can request a real open time only when the owner has connected and selected a usable calendar. A booking is confirmed only after a real Calendar event is created — capture still works without a calendar.
The owner receives a structured lead summary by SMS, plus optional email.
An objective count, not a subjective label such as “qualified” or “recovered.” This is how the application records a lead, and each lead record counts once. Billing is per call and text, so a lead record is not itself a billed unit.
You are charged for the work the service actually does — the calls it handles and the texts it sends and receives — rather than for a subjective label like “qualified” or “recovered.” It ties cost to real activity, not to a judgment call.
Text Recovery is $0.05 per additional call or text, and Voice + Text Recovery is $0.15 per additional call or text during the private pilot. Nothing stops working when you pass the included amount.
No. Lead recovery works without a calendar. Appointment booking is the only part that requires the owner to have connected and selected a usable Google Calendar, and nothing is presented as a confirmed booking until a real Calendar event has been created.
There is no guaranteed setup time. Setup is assisted: your business number, call routing and messaging registration need review before activation. Talk to us about your setup.
The caller-facing line is a Telnyx business number that forwards calls to your owner phone. You keep using your own phone. Number porting is not offered today.
There is no after-hours-only or overflow-only switch today. Missed-call recovery depends on an unanswered owner call and the caller's recorded opt-in; it is not scheduled by opening hours.
There is no CRM integration today. You receive an SMS summary, with email if configured. Google Calendar is the supported booking connection.
No. Voice Recovery is a private pilot and is not generally available. Admission to the pilot is not guaranteed.
No. There is no public self-service signup, trial, or checkout here. Owners sign in to an existing account; anyone can read about the voice pilot.
