Missed calls are missed jobs

Text missed callers before they call your competitor.

Missed Call Rescue answers for you when you cannot pick up. The caller gets an instant text, the job details are collected for you, and a ready-to-call lead lands in your hands.

Missed calls get a fast text-back

When you cannot answer, the caller gets a clear, helpful text while the job is still fresh, before they dial the next result in their search.

You get the useful parts

Service needed, city or ZIP, and preferred callback time are collected for you, so you skip the voicemail tag and call back ready.

Your customers stay protected

Callers only receive texts about their own request, and STOP is honored immediately. No campaigns, no promotions, no list-building.

What you both see

A caller thread and an owner summary, side by side.

The example below uses a sample business. One missed call becomes a short text conversation for the caller and a concise callback lead for you.

Example thread

Transactional

Sorry we missed your call to Demo Plumbing Co. What service do you need help with today? Reply STOP to opt out.

Kitchen sink leak.

Got it. What city or ZIP should the owner call about?

North Valley. Today after 4 works.

How it works

A small transactional flow for one missed call.

1

Your line rings you first

A dedicated business number forwards every call straight to you, exactly like your calls work today.

2

Missed call, instant text

If you cannot pick up, the caller receives one branded text within seconds instead of a voicemail dead end.

3

Details collected

The conversation asks three quick questions: the job, the service area, and a callback window.

4

You get the lead

A concise summary lands in your texts, with the full conversation waiting in your dashboard.

Industry use cases

Built for service businesses where a missed call can become a lost job.

If the phone is the front door to your business, missed-call recovery keeps it open while you are on a job.

Plumbers

Capture urgent leak, drain, and water-heater requests before the caller moves down the search results.

Cleaners

Collect move-out, recurring, and one-time cleaning details without forcing the owner into voicemail tag.

HVAC

Triage no-heat, no-cool, and tune-up requests with a simple callback window.

Mobile auto

Ask for the service need and location so the owner knows whether the job fits the route.

Landscaping

Turn missed estimate calls into a short, readable service-area lead.

Home services

Use the same missed-call recovery pattern for owner-operated local service businesses.

Safety and trust

Built to respect your customers.

The promise stays narrow on purpose: missed-call recovery, caller opt-outs, and owner-controlled follow-up.

Transactional only

Every text is about the caller's own missed call and service request. This is not a marketing platform.

Opt-out support

STOP always works. Opt-outs take effect immediately and are tracked per business line so later prompts stay suppressed.

No marketing blasts

Texts go to one recent caller about one request. There are no bulk lists and no follow-up campaigns.

Owner-controlled replies

You decide whether to call back or send a one-off reply from your protected dashboard. Nothing else is sent on your behalf.

FAQ

Short answers before you join.

Is this a marketing platform?

No. Missed Call Rescue only sends transactional missed-call recovery texts about a call the customer just made to your business. There are no campaigns, promotions, or bulk messages.

How do I join the pilot?

Email us using the contact link below and we will onboard your business personally. We set up your dedicated line, service area, and text-back copy with you. There is no self-serve signup or online checkout during the pilot.

What does the caller receive?

A short text that says you missed their call, asks what they need help with, and explains how to opt out. The flow asks for the service, the location, and a callback window, then stops.

What happens when a caller replies STOP?

They are opted out for your line immediately. The app stops prompting them and keeps a record so later texts stay suppressed until they opt back in with START.

Can I control the replies?

Yes. You can call back directly, or send a one-off reply from your dashboard. The automated flow only ever asks the three lead questions.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. During the pilot you get a dedicated tracking number that forwards to your existing phone. Using your current published number directly is planned for after the pilot.
