A missed call shouldn't mean a lost job.

For local service businesses that can't always pick up. Missed Call Rescue texts the caller back, collects what they need, and hands you a lead that's ready to work — never a line of marketing spam.

We text a missed caller only after they press 1 to a consent message naming your business, and we reply to a caller who texts your line first.

From missed call to worked lead, in four steps

Nothing for the caller to install and no form to fill in. The whole exchange happens in their messages.

  1. 01

    A caller opts in

A missed call plays a short consent message naming your business. We text back only if the caller presses 1 — or if they text your line themselves.

  2. 02

    Three questions, that's it

The text asks exactly three things: what service they need, their city or ZIP, and a preferred callback time. No forms, no app to download.

  3. 03

    Optional real booking

If you've connected and chosen a Google calendar, a confirmed time becomes a real calendar event with at most one reminder about an hour before.

  4. 04

    You get the lead

You receive an SMS summary (and email if configured), with capped retries. An incomplete lead nudges you once after 15 minutes idle.

Exactly what it does — and nothing it doesn't

These are the only claims we make. If it isn't on this list, we don't do it.

Consent
  • We text a missed caller only after they press 1 to a consent message that names your business; we also reply to a caller who texts your line first.
  • STOP, HELP, and START are honored instantly on every line.
Scope
  • Every conversation collects the same three things — service, city or ZIP, and callback time.
  • Messages are strictly transactional. We never send marketing.
Booking
  • Bookings are real calendar events, created only when you've connected a calendar.
  • At most one appointment reminder is ever sent — about an hour beforehand.
Reliability
  • Owner alerts retry a capped number of times; a partial lead nudges you once after 15 minutes.
  • Messages are rate-limited and de-duplicated so nobody gets spammed.
Security
  • Incoming webhooks are signature-validated; forged or replayed requests are rejected.
  • Sign-in is Google-only, scoped per business, with encrypted, owner-revocable calendar access.

The voice pilot

Private pilot

Voice + Text Recovery adds a private-pilot voice agent that is not generally available. Callers who would rather talk than type can explain the job aloud; the pilot collects the same service, city or ZIP, and preferred-timing details, and you still receive a structured lead handoff. The complete text workflow remains included.

Privacy is a feature, not a footnote

Message logs and operational data age out automatically on a rolling window capped at 180 days. Your lead details stay with the business you contacted so they can follow up, and you can ask them to delete yours. Reply STOP any time to opt out; owners can revoke calendar access whenever they choose.
