Keep the missed plumbing call in reach.
You're under a sink or finishing a water-heater repair when another call comes in. Missed Call Rescue can collect that caller's request by text after they opt in, so you have the details ready for a callback.
From a leaking water heater to a callback request
- 01
The caller chooses text
Your business number forwards to your owner phone. A disclosure names your business; pressing 1 permits recovery texts if the owner call goes unanswered. A caller can also text the business line first.
- 02
The plumbing details stay together
The conversation collects exactly the service needed, city or ZIP, and preferred callback time — for example, a leaking water heater and a request to call tomorrow morning.
- 03
You receive the callback details
An SMS summary reaches you, with email if configured. Your team can review the request and decide how to respond when the current job allows.
- 04
Booking uses your calendar
If you connect and select a usable Google Calendar, a confirmed booking requires a real event in that calendar. At most one appointment reminder is sent.
This is an illustrative situation. It is not a customer result or a promise that the job will be booked.
Keep repair decisions with your team
The text workflow captures the request. It does not diagnose the fault, issue a quote, dispatch a technician, or promise emergency attendance.
Messages are transactional. STOP, HELP, and START are honored; a missed caller is texted only after recorded opt-in.
Setup is assisted. There is no guaranteed activation time, number porting, or after-hours-only switch today.
Text Recovery is the current workflow. Voice + Text Recovery is a private pilot and is not generally available.
