The service

Missed Call Rescue is a pilot service that forwards calls made to a dedicated business number, texts callers after a true missed call, collects the service needed, a city or ZIP, and a preferred callback time, and sends the business owner a lead summary.

The pilot is onboarded manually. There is no self-serve signup and no online payment during the pilot.

SMS program disclosure

Messages are transactional replies to a call the recipient just placed to a participating business. The conversation collects job details for that one request and then stops.

Message frequency varies and is limited to one missed-call conversation per request, typically a handful of messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel texts from a business line. Reply HELP for help, and START to re-enable messages. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use for businesses

Participating businesses may use the service only for transactional missed-call recovery and owner-controlled, one-off replies to a caller's own request.

Marketing, promotional, nurture, or bulk messaging through the service is not permitted, and caller opt-outs must be respected. We may suspend a line that violates these rules.

Pilot basis

The service is provided on a pilot basis, as is and as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that every call forwards, every text delivers, or every lead is captured, and the service may change or pause during the pilot.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the pilot is limited to the amount the business paid for the service, which is currently nothing during the free pilot.

Privacy

Caller and business information is handled as described in the privacy policy, including message retention windows and immediate opt-out handling.
